Settings

The Settings section in Splashtop Secure Workspace allows administrators to configure global settings at the organization level. These settings include Identity Providers, Templates, Data Lists, domain restrictions, and API keys.

Identity Providers: Administrators can set up and manage Identity Providers within the Settings section. Identity Providers enable Single Sign-On (SSO) functionality, allowing users to access multiple applications with a single set of login credentials.

Templates: Templates are used to streamline processes within the organization. Administrators can create and customize templates for various purposes, such as onboarding emails or notification messages. These templates ensure consistency and efficiency in communication with users.

Lists: Lists provide a way to manage and control specific data within the organization. For example, administrators can create a MAC address list to control device enrollment or create domain allowed or disallowed lists to restrict access to specific domains.

Tags: The Tags feature in Splashtop Secure Workspace allows you to label and categorize resources for easier management and retrieval.

By utilizing the Settings section, administrators can customize and configure global settings to meet the specific needs of their organization. This centralized control ensures consistency, security, and efficient management of the Splashtop Secure Workspace environment.
