The Lists feature in Splashtop Secure Workspace allows you to manage MAC Address Lists and Domain Lists. These lists can be used in User Configuration and DNS conditions to control access and apply policies. This document provides an overview of the Lists page and explains the available actions.
Accessing the Lists Page
To access the Lists page and manage your lists, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Settings section in the Splashtop Secure Workspace.
- Click on the "Lists" tab.
Viewing and Managing Lists
On the Lists page, you will see a list of available lists, including MAC Address Lists and Domain Lists. Each list is identified by its unique Name and Type. Additionally, the Items column displays the number of items in each list, and the Date Created column shows when the list was created.
Here are the actions you can perform on each list:
- Edit: Clicking the "Edit" button allows you to modify the items in the selected list. You can add, remove, or update the MAC addresses or domain names in the list. After making the desired changes, you can save the updated list.
- Delete: The "Delete" button allows you to remove the selected list from the system. Please note that this action is irreversible and will permanently delete the list.
In addition to managing existing lists, you can also create new lists or import lists from external sources. This allows you to easily incorporate existing MAC address or domain lists into Splashtop Secure Workspace for enhanced access control Create User Configuration Profile and policy enforcement Create new condition.
Feel free to manage your lists by performing these actions based on your requirements. You can create, edit, and delete lists to maintain accurate and up-to-date control over access and policies within your workspace.
