Follow the steps below to create a custom Network Access Block Page Template in Splashtop Secure Workspace:

Step 1: Accessing the Templates Section

  1. Log in to your Splashtop Secure Workspace admin account using your credentials.
  2. Navigate to the Settings tab.
  3. Click on the Templates section.

Step 2: Adding a New Network Access Block Page Template

  1. In the Templates section, click on the Add New button.
  2. Choose the Network Access Block Page Template option.

Step 3: Customizing the Network Access Block Page Template

You can customize the Network Access Block Page Template using the following variables to dynamically populate information:

  • Organization: {{organization}}
  • User Name: {{username}}
  • Reason: {{reason}}
  • Block Domain: {{block_domain}}
  • Time: {{time}}

For the page, you can modify the following elements:

  1. Header Image: Replace the header image by uploading a new one, if desired. Ensure the image meets the necessary specifications.
  2. Text Customization: Update the text content to suit your organization's needs.

Step 4: Preview and Save

  1. Preview the Network Access Block Page Template to ensure it meets your expectations.
  2. Enter a Template Name to identify the template.
  3. Click on the Save button to create the Network Access Block Page Template.
