The Settings in Splashtop Secure Workspace provides various options to customize your desktop client experience. It consists of three blocks:
General
In the General block, you can find the following options:
Health Score: This displays the health score of your host machine, providing an indication of its current OS security level. The health score is rated on a scale of 0 to 100 and is determined based on the following factors:
- Disk Encryption: Indicates whether the hard drive is encrypted.
- Auto Check Update: Indicates whether automatic update checks are enabled.
- Firewall: Indicates whether the firewall is enabled.
- OS Up To Date: Indicates whether the operating system is up to date.
- Antivirus: Indicates whether antivirus software is installed.
Theme: You can switch between different themes here, including System, Light, and Dark themes, to customize the appearance of the desktop client.
Bubble: This option allows you to show or hide the quick access bubble, which floats in the bottom-right corner of the desktop client, user can drag and relocate it. The bubble displays four icons and their corresponding numbers:
- All Apps: Displays the total number of available apps. Clicking on it will take you to the Applications.
- Connected Apps: Displays the number of apps that are currently connected. Clicking on it will take you to the Connected tab in the Applications.
- Client Latency: Displays the latency between the client and the connected edge. Clicking on it will take you to the Connections.
- Disconnect All: Allows you to disconnect all the currently connected apps by clicking on it.
Shortcut
The Shortcut block provides shortcuts for two actions:
- Search / Copy Focused App Username: This shortcut allows you to search for or copy the username of the currently focused app.
- Search / Copy Focused App Password: This shortcut allows you to search for or copy the password of the currently focused app.
About
The About block displays the current version of the desktop client.
