Article summary

The Connections in Splashtop Secure Workspace provides an overview of the connections between your machine, connectors, and the target edge. It includes a visual map that displays the latency between your machine and the edge location. The page also features two cards at the top, Connector Card and Client Card.

If the logged-in user is not an administrator, the Connector card will not be visible to them. Regular users without administrative privileges will still be able to view and manage their connections to target edges, but they will not have access to the Connector settings or be able to perform administrative tasks related to connector. The visibility and accessibility of the Connector are restricted to administrators only.
