Create Login Templates

Step 1: Accessing the Templates Section

  1. Log in to your Splashtop Secure Workspace admin account using your credentials.
  2. Navigate to the Settings tab.
  3. Click on the Templates section.

Step 2: Adding a New Login Template

  1. In the Templates section, click on the Add New button.
  2. Choose the Login Template option.

Step 3: Customizing the Login Template

You can customize the login template for various pages within the workspace. Below are the pages you can modify:

  • Login Page
  • TOTP Authenticator Setup Page
  • Mobile Authenticator Setup Page
  • TOTP Authenticator Verification Page
  • Mobile Authenticator Verification Page
  • Forget Password Page
  • Reset Password Page
  • Update Mobile Phone Number Page

For each page, you can modify the following elements:

  1. Text: Update the text content for titles, labels, and buttons.
  2. Colors: Customize the colors of titles, labels, buttons, widgets, and page backgrounds.
  3. Fonts: Select and apply different fonts for the text elements.
  4. Borders: Adjust the borders of fields and widgets to match your design preferences.
  5. Widgets: Users can upload a logo here and modify the text alignment within the widget.
  6. Page Background: Users can upload a local image for the page background.
    • The image must be smaller than 200kB.
    • The image must be at least 2000px wide.

Step 4: Using Additional Features

  1. Reset to Default: Use the "Reset to default" button to revert the template back to the default settings.
  2. Mobile Preview: Click on the "Mobile Preview" button to see how the template will appear on mobile devices.

Step 5: Preview and Save

  1. Preview the login template to ensure it meets your expectations.
  2. Enter a Template Name to identify the template.
  3. Click on the Save button to create the login template.
