The Recovery Codes feature allows you to generate codes that can be used to recover access to your Splashtop Secure Workspace account in case you lose your password. These codes serve as a backup method for accessing your account and should be kept secure and accessible.

Downloading Recovery Codes PDF

It is crucial to download and store your recovery codes in a safe location. This ensures that you can regain access to your account if you ever forget your password. Follow these steps to download the recovery codes PDF:

1. Click on the "Download PDF" button.
2. A PDF file containing your recovery codes will be downloaded to your device.
3. Save the PDF file in a secure location, such as an encrypted USB drive or a password-protected folder.
4. Please note that once you replace your recovery codes, the old codes will no longer work

IMPORTANT: Download your Recovery Codes PDF and store it somewhere safe! This guarantees that you can regain access to your SSW account if you lose your password.
